TWO MINUTE INSTANT IMAGES. (iPhone Diaries) Late 2011 - Present

Taking a photo nowadays is almost as easy as whacking a packet of noodles into a bowl and sticking in into the the microwave for dinner.
Okay, well, maybe not as EASY and as yummy as that but you get the gist, yeah?
When i'm not busy carrying around my digital SLR which can be a hefty thing to carry if carried all of the time. I am busy snapping away on my handy-but-why-is-it-made-of-glass-its-a-flippin-phone-not-a-fish-tank iPhone. The following images are a collective of adventures/people i love & places over the past few months which were edited on a few different apps, one including Instagram.

"Maybe it's entirely an artist's eye, patience and skill that makes an image and not his tools. A camera catches your imagination. No imagination, no photo." - Ken Rockwell.

Cheers to noise, colour and the splendour of youth...

"We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to light shining in a dark place, and the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts." 2 Peter 1:19 // The Bogey Hole, Newcastle.

  1. Some very lovely photos in this batch! It's amazing how far cell phone pictures have come, I remember when it used to be painfully obvious when a photo was taken with a phone, because the quality was just so poor, but now, especially with phones like the iPhone 4s, and I don't know a lot about phones, but I've seen some photos taken on the iPhone 4s that kind of blew my mind in terms of quality, looked nothing like a phone picture. But when it comes down to it ... I prefer film photography most of all. :)

Thank you so much for your sweet comment, I'm flattered you like my writing so much. <3

  2. Well would you look at Kaitlin, so freaking pretty. I love your spirit and the ones you catch missy. Very good

  3. Love those pictures! The colors and vibe are great!
